• After my daughter Charlotte turned 1 we had to make the difficult choice of finding an early learning centre as we needed to return to full time work.  From the outset the staff at Cuddly Bear Templestowe made the choice far less overwhelming and set our mind at ease.  I have found the staff to be incredibly friendly, professional and they always put the needs of the children at the forefront.  Now well into her second year of attendance we have never had any regrets in making this decision.   

  My daughter loves her days at Cuddly Bear Templestowe, she loves the yummy food and regales me with tales of the activities she has taken part in.  The staff always keep me updated on her day’s activities, whether when I call to check on her, or through the daily updates online via Story Park.  

  I couldn’t recommend Cuddly Bear Templestowe any higher, and I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all the hard working staff who take care of my little girl and fill her days with fun and learning.

• My daughter has been attending here since she was 5 months old and it was the best decision I made for her. She's now in her last year and all ready for school. The management and staff have always been helpful and very attentive to the children. Having the swim school next door has also been a great perk as they had programs during childcare hours each term. • 10 years ago I walked into Cuddly Bear and was looking for childcare for my unborn child. As a first time parent I was very apprehensive about putting my child in child care, but as I was returning to work I needed too. I needn't have worried. My son started here at just 2 months old. The girls were fantastic!!! Not only did they put up with me calling 3 times a day, they took fantastic care of William.
  I loved reading about his day in his communication book and I cherish all 6 communications books that I have of his. Not even as a stay at home mum do you have a day to day written collection of all the wonderful things your children gets up to, even what they ate on any given day. I'm sure they will prove useful at his 21st!!!
  I have had both of my children go through Cuddly Bear, and what a delight it was to have the same girls who took care of William, take care of my other son Jakob when he was a baby. How rare it is to have a child care centre retain the same staff for years. I think that speaks for itself. Having had my boys at Cuddly Bear for a total of 7 years, I had to move house and change their child care. Having had used a different child care centre for the remainder of Jakob's care before school, they had big shoes to fill. Unfortunately nothing compared to Cuddly Bear.
  I cannot speak more highly of the girls that work there. Not only did they take fantastic care of my boys but they were always there to lend an ear if I had had a bad day. They were also great at offering expert advice on raising children. I am eternally grateful to Cuddly Bear for providing fantastic care of my boys over the years. My boys still talk about their time at Cuddly Bear, even though they are 9 and 6 years old now.
  I cannot recommend them more highly to any parent who is thinking of putting their child in child care. 6 Stars all the way!!!!!!!!!

•  To the wonderful friends at Cuddly bear! I am very lucky little girl to have been looked after and cared for while mummy has been at work. I have had the best time with you all and I’m going to miss you lots and lots….Thank you for helping me on my way to being a big girl, coming from the toddlers to being thought lots of new and fun things. Not forgetting the early staff shifts who make the best cornflakes and making my hair look super pretty!! • My daughter Ava started here when she was just three months old. At first, due to limited availability, we enrolled at another centre. But after having the chance to compare both, I truly realised how dedicated and caring the educators at Cuddly Bear are. Over time, we received flyers from newer, larger centres in the area and even trialled another one for a week—attending both centres for a few days. But it became clear that no place made Ava feel as comfortable and well cared for as Cuddly Bear. Since attending, Ava has never had nappy rash, which speaks volumes about the attention and care the educators provide. The environment is small, warm, and personal—something I really value. • Since our son started Pre-Kinder at Cuddly Bear we have noticed a marvellous improvement in his development. His eyes light up when we pack his bag and tell him he is going to Kindergarten. • Our son attended Cuddly Bear Kindergarten for nearly a year and a half, and we are truly grateful for the wonderful experience he had. The educators were caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. Thanks to the highly professional management, educators, and Kinder teachers, he made great progress in both social and academic skills while building meaningful friendships. Additionally, whenever we had a question or request, our emails were responded to very quickly, ensuring excellent communication and support. • I have had all 3 of my boys attended this childcare centre, my youngest will be finishing in a few weeks, and i can not recommend them highly enough. The support they have provided my boys especially my middle one, who has ADHD and on the spectrum the understand and compassion they have provided along with the willingness to work with his OT and speech pathologist i am soo thankful. • Thank you to all the educators at Cuddly Bear. We had moved to the area and wanted to find a centre that my children loved as much as their first centre in another area; I asked around and many mums told me to check out Cuddly Bear in swilk Street Rebecca gave me a tour and invited my two children on the tour and she showed them the centre as much as me and asked them queations about what was important to them, i was so impressed. We have only been at the centre 3 months but my two girls love it and would highly recommend going to the centre and checking out the centre for your family. You can really tell the educators are happy which is a big tick for us My daughters love the swimming lessons excursions, the music program and sports each week too Thank you cuddly bear for helping us transfer from another centre , and the orientation program was fantastic, three days to help them make friends before they started.

• What can I say...Cuddly Bear is a big part of my life. I have been lucky enough to work at Cuddly Bear for the last 12 years, and it has been nothing short of amazing! I have worked with a wonderful group of experienced and dedicated educators over my time. My two beautiful children have also attended from the baby room right up to the kinder room. The educational program they provide for all children is amazing, they provide weekly music lessons and also weekly sports classes for the kinder children at no extra cost. Throughout the year my children got to participate in a number of fantastic incursions, which they really got a lot out of it. The food provided is nutritional and yummy! My younger son always has at least 4 serves of Yafit the cooks yummy lunches. They have both had such positive experiences at Cuddly, the love and care all the amazing educators have given both of my boys over the last 5 years is unparalleled and I cannot thank them all enough. Cuddly Bear truly is my second home and I wouldn't want it any other way ??

• My daughter is in the babies room and absolutely loves it! She attends 3 days a week and is so excited at drop off… The educators are so caring and give such a warm and welcoming feeling. My wife and I toured a lot of centres as we were very nervous as first time parents when my wife was returning to work…as soon as we walked into Cuddly Bear we got a very good feeling and we thank Natalie who took the time to show us around and answer as many questions as we had many!
